I have sent emails...they were returned non delivered The flat was dirty,smelly ..i bought cleaner to clean toilet..very dirty ...and for kitchen..yuck The 2 was sticking on front door and we spent nearly an hour in freezing wind and rain trying to get in

We arrived at the property to find there was no key to get in. Tried to call them and only got a voicemail, had to wait outside for about half an hour for someone to call back only to be told that they have changed our apartment to a different one and forgot to let us know. Very inconvenient when we had to small children with us.

Unfortunately our experience was extremely poor. Check in instructions were clear but there were no check out instructions. First impression is the apartment in need of some attention - walls were dirty, holes on walls and bath. There was no hair dryer as stated on the website. Kitchen utensils and cupboards were dirty. Saucepan is dirty and rusty so cannot be used. Microwave has not be cleaned inside. The apartment main bedroom is next to the pub garden which has constant noise until 1am. It was hot in the Appartment so we had to open the window which did not help with the noise so we had very poor night sleep.

This property is in a great location, steps from grocery, pubs, and restaurants. For those looking to have a great English experience, Old Town is the place to be! Apartment was clean, linen was fresh.
