"Not the 1st time I've stayed in this hotel, and it never disappoints. Whether a standard room or a club one, they are always clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and efficient. The amenities are also fab (bar, restaurant, coffee bar, pool, sauna, etc). Across their free car park, there is lots of entertainment that u don't need to go central for (restaurants, bar, hollywood bowl, cinema). Plus 5mins walk there is an Asda shopping area incl shops and a pub. Taxi to the centre is 10 minutes and also not far from the motorway. We will be back again"

"Staff great Hotel clean Food, no full menu for evening as no chef. Breakfast they ran out of eggs, no apology just they ran out."

"Unfortunately when we arrived we found that there was a wedding party there, so no evening meal or other facilities. Again, in the morning the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed; no greeting, no offer of coffee/tea, and forgot that toast had been ordered. This said, the grounds are lovely, the room comfortable, clean, and quiet."

"Room was dated, cold initially, heating controls broken, no electrical sockets near bed, bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower controls broken, peeling paint and wood on bathroom door. Broken glass in car park and police car patrols outside frequently suggesting crime hotspot. Appears to have fake 10/10 reviews with little description."
