"The cost of accommodation in Zermatt is staggering. Value is something you have to let go. Having said that, this hotel was my favourite stay during my two weeks in 🇨🇭. The breakfast was outstanding, our room had two separate bedrooms so everyone slept well. The spa (pool, hot tub, saunas) were lovely and the location was only 200 meters from the train station and very close to the Main Street. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room."

"This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."

"Very clean room. Staff all friendly and spoke English and French to us. Excellent location for the lake, train station and all amenities. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Corridor looks a bit run down but the rest of the hotel is fine."
