"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the staff were helpful and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and overall the hotel provided a very enjoyable experience.
The only minor disappointment was the late check-out policy. Our train wasn’t until 4:00 PM, so we asked if we could stay just a little longer. We were informed that check-out was by 11:30 AM, and extending it until noon would cost an additional €54. Given that we had stayed for three nights, we felt that a little flexibility for an extra 30 minutes would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, we respected the policy and checked out before 11:30.
Despite this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The comfortable room, great view, excellent location, and attentive staff made for a very pleasant experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
