"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only feedback would be to limit the pool to adults only. Several times there were rowdy kids in the pool while we were there that ruined the spa experience for us. "

"The hotel is stunning inside and out. They recently opened up a spa+gym that connects to the main hotel. The only drawback is that you have to walk up a slightly steep incline with your luggage. There is no other way to get to the hotel. "

The hotel provides free mini bar and drinks in the lobby. I will highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying with this hotel again!"

"Just a 5min quick walk from the Grindelwald Terminal (be mindful that this stop is one before the train final destination and this stop is called Terminal or Grindelwald terminal) and easy to navigate from the car parking area. Our check-in was smooth and big thank you to the person who happily accommodated us with early check in. Coming to the rooms, they are the best with excellent Mountain Views and crystal clean rooms. They had an excellent free breakfast(I’m not sure what else folks are expecting though) which is much needed in Switzerland given everything is so expensive and one could easily save 15CHF/person. I’d highly recommend for any couples or families with kids. This is just 5mins away from Grindelwald village and if your plan is to visit Jungfrau via cable car(Eiger express) this hotel is the way to go as the cable car starts right from Grindelwald terminal station and is just a few steps away from this hotel. If we ever come back to Jungfraujoch region, we will stay here again with zero regrets! Shout out to the morning breakfast staff who are extremely helpful and friendly!"
