This is now my favourite hotel in Zurich. Great for business travel and while I didn't have time to experience the spa amentities, I will make sure I make time during my next visit. The restaurant was perfect for my needs and the staff were very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities such as the breakfast and free mini bar. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train station but also an easy walk to attractions. I highly recomment.

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

I had a wonderful stay at Stay KooooK in Bern. The location was perfect for exploring Bern, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.

Excellent in all ways.Be sure to check out Ruen Thai a few doors down if you stay here. It’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had!

Breakfast was really good with variety. Location is with short walking distance of train station.

We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.

The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good. Is is close to the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the picturesque Rennweg. the Lake to take a sightseeing trip on one of the boats. The Garden Restaurant is very pleasant, offered...

The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
