"The bed was very comfortable. The room was kept very clean by the staff. There was a bit of noise at night as the trains run directly under the hotel. It wasn’t too loud for us though as we requested a quiet room and were placed in a room on the 12th floor. We also use a white noise app on our iPads at night to help block out any other noise. The room safe was large enough to accommodate all of our valuables including our iPads. The management was very helpful with answering all our questions and provided us with some more coffee and milk when we were low. The night manager was very helpful when one evening we returned and the safe was malfunctioning. He was up to our room and remedied the situation within a few minutes."
