"In the studio's description there is no obvious mention of an AC system or the lack of it. The supplied Dyson cool / heat fan (filters needed cleaning) and a second classic floor fan made the heat in the room just bare able. Top dollars for a small studio on the secobd floor at the rear of the building."

"The property location is very ideal: walking distance to train station, supermarkets and restaurants. However, like other travellers have said, the window in the spare room can not close properly meaning the room was very noisy from consistent highway traffic and aircraft traffic. The mattress in the spare room was not very comfortable given it's a foam one. We are unlikely to stay here again in our next Sydney trip. "

"Location for our needs and external aspect of property was 5 star. The room had no a/c and with a 38 c 4 day period this was horrible. Could not open doors or windows at night as mosquitoes would eat you alive. Cleanliness was poor. Happy to discuss in detail with property managers."

"The location is great and the building rather charming but it does need some maintenance. I had issues with a broken toilet seat and a broken venetian blind in front of the French doors onto the balcony. The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the guy came to measure up the blind and nearly two weeks later it still hadn't been replaced. I had to have the blind either up or down as I had to tie it up to keep it open. I couldn't access the balcony except when it was up. It meant that I had either...

"Very comfortable studio with everything one needs. There are stairs down to the bathroom with no rail, however. Highly recommended."

"This property is lovely. One of the nicest I have stayed at. The bed was firm but very comfortable, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need. The washing machine was great to have and not come home with dirty clothes. Lovely atmosphere, very quiet. Parking is not plentiful but we managed to find parking within a block each day. Really enjoyed our stay, would go back for sure."
