"I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening."

"The staff were very polite, the room was clean and comfortable and the whole property had a nice historic charm. Also, it was right next to the train station (a, maybe, 3 minute walk from front door to the platform) which made getting around very easy for this foreigner. "

"Long waiting for check in... for check out wasn't anyone in the reception, waited long time, trying to call and nobody answer or come so just left on the desk and went to my car."
