"The premises are in general great - although a tiny bit time worn.
Parking is spectacular, especially given no extra charge. And SAFE.
Staff are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating.
Bathroom, though small, was clean not much, if any sign of mould. Big Plus.
The bed very comfortable, the bedding adequate.
The fridge was very clean and not iced up.
Tea, coffee basics good. Only downside was that TwinT staff unable to provide or sell DAIRY FREE milk.
The Guest kitchen was close by, clean and microwave in good condition.
however there was warning (for a first time guest) that this was No (or Low) Frills situation, so whilst a microwave, fridge etc was available there was Zero cutlery or crockery that one could use - not even disposable implements.
The room I had was great. The outlook from the balcony super!
having v isited once and know the minor minus points, I will come visit DEFINITELY again and be better prepared. As mentioned, the front desk team are great. Facility good value for money."
