"Simon's place was perfect for our stay in Sydney. The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. "Upon entry the property didn’t even seem to have had been vacuumed. I was disappointed to find hair everywhere and had to clean myself before i felt comfortable. There being no air conditioning made the property uncomfortable to be in during december heat and the bedsheets were polyester and unbearable to sleep in again due to the heat. "It does NOT fit description, tabs coming of in bathroom, no proper place to sit and NO tv. Lots of bed lamps but nowhere to plug them in. Very steep staircase that is not mentioned in description. Floors NOT vacuumed. Communication very poorly, called regarding TV and response was it might have got stolen and that was it. Can NOT recommend this place until things have been fixed. "

"A wonderful flat! Clean, spacious, super-convenient, lots of privacy and modern-build functionality. The funky retro decor elements were humorous and diverting. We loved the crazy sounds of the white Ibises, magpies and mynas arguing over the detritus spilling out of the waste bins out back each morning at breakfast time. I do think that the ceiling lighting in the main room is far too bright. We would definitely stay here again!"
