"Simon's place was perfect for our stay in Sydney. The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. Check-in was incredibly easy and the apartment is bright, airy and clean albeit probably needing a bit of maintenance TLC. We used the...

"The place was clean and had adequate beds and couches and tables and such but was hard to get into the parking spot and find the elevators when arriving and the separate lockbox spot from the parking garage was not ideal. It would be nice to have more than 1 key fob for the various family members coming and going. The dryer is super loud. The balcony was small and had a view of the street and storage facility across the street. It met our needs but did not wow us."

"Comfortable apartment ideally situated in the heart of New Town. Easy check in, comfortable, clean and well presented. Secure gated apartment with underground parking if required.Would recommend this venue to anyone wanting to stay close to the city."

"Had issue A/C with water leaking out of the unit . Property management fixed twice . But still after the a/c was on for 8 to 10 hours it would spewed out water and make loud noise. Also the place could be cleaned better . Found dust under the bed and cabinets had dust on the top.. The water pressure isn’t very strong and takes a while for the hot water to get hot"
