"This is ultimately a nice place to stay and the hosts genuinely seem like that want you to have a good experience. My one problem is the same problem i had with every place I stayed during this trip is that Expedia lists a washer and dryer as something that is available when it will just be a washer and a cloths line. For many this is fine but if you have limited time to do laundry it is kind of frustrating. This must be an Expedia issue though as I stayed four places that all said the same thing when only a washer was available. "

"I have travelled extensively and stayed in many countries around the world, but I must say that our stay at your property was a very unpleasant surprise for both me and my mother. I have never experienced guest accommodation in such unclean conditions.From the moment we opened the entrance door, there was a strong smell of stale air, and the floor was visibly dirty. As we went upstairs, we saw a stained carpet with marks of various sizes. Cushions were left scattered on the sofa and chairs, as if someone had just been sitting there and had not tidied up.In the kitchen, all surfaces we touched were greasy, including the metal table and chairs.When we opened the refrigerator, the shelves were dirty, and there were food items left inside. There were live cockroaches in the kitchen, as well as several dead ones.In the bedroom to the right of the stairs, the fan could not be used because it was covered with a thick layer of dust, and switching it on would have blown dust into the air. This was very uncomfortable, as the room was overheated and poorly ventilated — on the second night, the temperature exceeded 31C …We are genuinely shocked by this level of guest accommodation. Based on this experience, we would have no choice but to give the lowest possible rating. It was an extremely unpleasant stay, and we would not recommend this property to anyone."

"Rob was a very communicative host and genuinely wants to help you have a good experience. The infrared sauna was also a really nice additional touch that we made good use of.Nice touch of Rob to have the relaxing healing music going when we first arrived. Towels and bedding were provided as promised.Unlucky for us that the weather was not good during our stay, so we did not get a chance to explore the National Park but got lucky one afternoon to make it down to Stanwell Park Beach, which was extremely lovely, unpretentious and only a 3-minute drive down the hill from the property.There's plenty of coffee / brunch options down at Stanwell Park nearby and good restaurant options at Helensburg and Thirroul / Bulli.Extremely underrated location, which even in the poor weather, we were able to really enjoy the local area."
