"The apartment was as described. It was very spacious. We stayed as a family of 4 and it was a good size. The apartment was well stocked and in a quiet location. It was an easy walk to Westmead station and there are enough shops and cafes within walking distance so that a car is not necessary. The biggest issue were the blinds in the bedrooms which were very ordinary and light just poured in to both bedrooms, both during the night from lights in the area and especially in the morning. "Could not get anyone to tell me where the offsite room key card was being stored. Not even the people at their HELP desk knew how to get there. i went to check in at 8.30pm and finally managed to get in at 11.00pm with no real help from their staff. There is a washing machine and drier in the unit but be careful if you wash any clothes as the drier doesn't work and the only option was to use the hair drier. VERY DISSAPOINTING VISIT TO SYDNEY"
