"The late evening crew on duty when we arrived on 6/6/26 lacked a welcoming demeanor and displayed unprofessional behavior, possibly due to his youth. Despite our arrival time coinciding with that of other guests, the staff seemed rushed to check us in, prioritizing the next guests over us. Unfortunately, he failed to provide an orientation of the premises or information about internet connectivity. In contrast, on 6/7/26, the early morning staff demonstrated greater professionalism and attentiveness to our concerns. However, the room proved to be small and crowded for my husband and me, given our two medium-sized luggage pieces, hand carry, personal bag, and CPAP machine, which left limited space for our belongings, particularly with the absence of closet storage. No elevator for those on the upper level. There is no security box in the room. The room proved somewhat restrictive due to the presence of luggage and specific spatial requirements stemming from my husband's medical condition, which necessitated ample space for mobility given his heart problems and unstable balance. This property I believed suitable only for short stays of one to two nights, I would not recommend it for extended periods."
