"The swimming pool was by reservation only due to small size which was fine. No towels and when requested still no towels. Minor annoyance but walking around dripping while others were all dry in elevator"

"Our home away from home. We will never even consider staying anywhere else in the Baltimore area. The staff is fantastic- friendly and helpful.
