The tastefully modern apartment Sylter Strandgut is located on the first floor of an apartment house (lift available) in Westerland. The main beach and the city center are within walking distance.   On 40 square meters there is a bright living-dining room with access to the south-facing balcony, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), and a bathroom with shower.   The high quality kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, Siemens dishwasher and fridge freezer. A filter coffee machine and a "Caffissimo" rinsing machine complete the extensive kitchen equipment.   The living room has a flat-screen TV (Loewe 40 inch Art 40), a Teufel music system with Bluetooth, and free Wi-Fi access. The south-facing balcony is furnished in a modern style.   In the community cellar is washer and dryer, use for a fee. A bicycle cellar is available in the house. The apartment has a free parking space in front of the house. 1 dog is allowed.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist auch super bis auf die Straße, die direkt an der Wohnung vorbei führt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wenn gleich auch an einer lauten Straße. Kritische Nachfragen, die ich per E-Mail an den Vermieter gesendet hatte, wurden trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragens bis jetzt (drei Wochen später) nicht beantwortet.

Fussläufig zu Strand und City, hell und syltisch eingerichtet
Schöne Wohnung, Aufteilung und Ausstattung super! Leider an einer Hauptkreuzung der Insel mit Verkehrslärm ab morgens um 5, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster dadurch nicht gut. Starker Nikotingeruch im Treppenhaus. Baumassnahme am Strand. Nur Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad, keine Ankettmöglichkeit

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut in Westerland gelegen. Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc. In 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Die Zeit haben wir sehr genossen
Das Objekt war sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen Dingen zum Leben ausgestattet. Die Lage war mit 3min zu Fuß zum Strand und 5min zu Fuß in die Stadt absolut perfekt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!! :)

Das Mietobjekt war sauber, funktional eingerichtet und in zentraler Lage von Westerland. Die Wohnung liegt an der Brandenburger Straße und ist daher teilweise durch den Lieferverkehr für umliegende Hotels, Restaurants und Einzelhandelsgeschäfte belastet. Leider konnte hierdurch der Balkon nicht wie erhofft genutzt werden. Ebenso mussten die Fenster häufig geschlossen bleiben.

super zentral und schnuckelig
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, nahe zum Strand und nahe zur Einkaufsmeile. Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll, sauber ist sie auch! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen! :)
