Die Lage mitten in Westerland ist natürlich top. Der erste Eindruck, 8 stöckiger Wohnblock mitten im Zentrum, nicht so schön. In der Hochsaison natürlich sehr viel Trubel und dementsprechend laut. Die Wohnung selber sehr schön und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die viel gelobte Aussicht vom Balkon, na ja, nicht wirklich schön. In der Nebensaison sicherlich OK, auch preislich. In der Hauptsaison würde ich diese Wohnung nicht nochmal nehmen.

Ein tolles Appartement! Morgens gemütlich auf dem Balkon bei Sonnenaufgang gefrühstückt und den tollen Blick über Westerland und den Osten der Insel bis zum Kirchturm St. Severin in Keitum genossen. Herrlich zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist super und uns hat an nix gefehlt. Immer wieder gern!

Perfektes Domizil, nach meinem Dafürhalten ínsbesondere für Alleinreisende "mitten drin und über allem". Ich war zum 2. mal dort und werde sicher wieder kommen. Bei einem so großen Haus ist es natürlich so, dass dauernd irgendwo gehandwerkert wird, weil ja auch alles schön gemacht wird/werden soll. Das hört man unweigerlich. Das gesamte Gebäude ist nicht zuletzt dadurch sehr gepflegt. Das Appartement ist geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Es verfügt über absolut alles, was man braucht, und man kann sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment rundum wohl fühlen. Die offene Küche ist schön, bedeutet nachts aber das Brummen des Kühlschranks zu hören. Ich löse das mit Oropax. Für mich wiegt die Lage aber die geräuschlichen Nachteile des Appartements auf. Die Organisation ist völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Schlüsselüber- und rückgabe sind rund um die Uhr auf einfache Weise gesichert.
