From the spacious living room, you can step out onto your furnished terrace, complete with a traditional Sylt beach chair, a dining table, and sun loungers. The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower and a spacious entryway.



The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms—each with a double bed (box spring) and a TV—as well as another bathroom with natural light and a shower.



Munkmarsch is a delightful town on the island of Sylt that’s perfect for long walks along the mudflats. The local harbor is always worth a visit, and the quaint captain’s village of Keitum is just a 5-minute drive away. With its numerous restaurants and shops perfect for a leisurely stroll through town, Keitum is one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the island of Sylt.

Ground Floor: Living room with flat-screen TV, integrated kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pad machine, and a fully automatic coffee maker; on the same level is your shower room; the south-facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing



Upper Floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV; your second bathroom with a shower is also located on the upper floor
