Planning your next North Sea vacation with up to 5 people on Sylt? Then the holiday home Frieda with 3 bedrooms would be perfect for you.

The tastefully furnished and modern holiday residence spans an area of 80 m².
On the ground floor, the separate fully equipped kitchen awaits you in the conservatory, along with a cozy dining area. The living area offers a bright sofa landscape with a view of the fireplace. From the living area, you step onto the terrace, with garden furniture and the large connected garden where children can play undisturbed. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms and the bathroom. Another room is available to you in the attic.

The parking space is located in front of the house.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.
We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.00.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war aber sehr schade, daß die Möglichkeit zum Grillen doch nicht gegeben war, was aber letztlich auch nicht so schlimm gewesen ist. Das stand in der Beschreibung beim Buchen mit drin, aber vor Ort war die Nutzung des vorhandenen Grills dann doch nicht erwünscht. Und das helle Sofa ist leider auch sehr empfindlich bzgl. Flecken. Und der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr nett!! Vielen Dank!!!

Herrlich gemütlich und ideal für den Familienaufenthalt. Haben es genossen, auf Sylt auch mal zu grillen. Gerne wieder!

Zentrales Traumhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Sylt! Gute Anreise (unbedingt nachts losfahren, wenn man den Autozug nehmen will - ansonsten gab es den Tipp mit der vorgebuchten Fähre über Dänemark zu fahren), sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Garten inkl. Gasgrill, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und hellem Wintergarten; angrenzend an die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (großer Kühlschrank!). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist zügig mit dem Fahrrad in Westerland oder Keitum. Die Betreuung durch Vermieter und Verwalterin war bestens. Wir kommen sicher gerne mal wieder! Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein gar nicht mal so kleines Schmuckstueck
Unsere 5-koepfige Familie hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Tinnum. Das Eckhaus ist ueberraschenderweise sehr grosszuegig, wir hatten wesentlich weniger erwartet. Der grosse Garten ist natuerlich ein Bonus, fuer Familien mit Kleinkindern ideal. Die Raumaufteilung und Einrichtung waren ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Kommunikation war auch problemlos und die Verwaltung vor Ort war stets zu erreichen und uns mit Vor- und Ratschlaegen stets zur Seite gestanden. Wir koennen uns sehr gut vorstellen noch einmal zu kommen.
