The living room is tastefully and friendly designed with a comfortable seating area and a dining area for 4 people. The sofa can be converted in a few simple steps into an additional sleeping space for 2 people. The not directly accessible open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob & fridge is functional and comfortable.
The south-facing balcony offers a box seat with beach chair with dune view.
The bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe ?. The bathroom is bright tiled and equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house.

Nur optisch eine schöne Wohnung

Wohnung optisch gut, jedoch zahlreiche Abzüge bei Bettqualität und mangelnder Möglichkeiten der Abdunklung im Wohn Essbereich Bad extrem klein Für Spühlmaschiene weder Salz noch Taps noch Klarspüler Schuhschrank nicht fixiert,fällt nach vorn beim aufklappen. Mangelhafte Infos nur 1 Blatt die Waschmaschine e wird nicht erwähnt und muss gesucht werden im weitverzweigten Keller und sehr teuer( Betrag nach Gradzahl der Temp.(!!) Also 2,50€ bei 60C u.sw in 50 Cent- Münzen. Alles in Allem nicht weiterzuempfehlen trotz der tollen Lage u.s.w.Schuhschrank nicht angebohrt an Wand

Lage direkt hinter der Düne

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist groß und mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem Strandkorb ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und die Nächte sind ruhig.
