Our modern one-bedroom apartment (Apartment 15) is located on the second floor of the building and features a balcony and a beautiful west-facing view.
The hallway, with a coat rack and bench, leads to the exclusive bathroom with a rain shower, walk-in shower, and underfloor heating.
The living room and bedroom with kitchenette have been equipped with a high-quality NEHL space-saving bed with a comfort mattress (approx. 180 x 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa since the beginning of 2020. It also features a sideboard, 55" LED TV, internet radio with CD player, LTE internet router, built-in wardrobe, and deep-pile carpet.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stylish bistro table with two armchairs, and everything you need for daily use – toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. – and completes the high-quality, modern furnishings.
You can also enjoy the swimming pool with sauna and relaxation room in the basement, which is easily accessible by elevator.

Please note:
Due to the coronavirus, the sauna cannot yet be used. The swimming pool is available for use.

Outdoor area

The west-facing balcony is furnished with a high-quality, round garden table and two chairs. Equipped with aluminum garden chairs with armrests.
There, you can enjoy the sun until late afternoon, depending on the season.

The apartment also includes a parking space (right side, second-to-last, number 15).

Bike racks are available in the courtyard for bicycles you bring or rent.

A laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is located in the basement.
