The apartment is centrally located in a very well maintained condominium in Westerland on Sylt. Only 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian precinct or Friedrichstrasse. Similarly short is the way to Sylt beach. An elevator in and a handicapped access to the house are available. The also renovated swimming pool, the sauna and the solarium are right in the house. In addition, a table tennis room awaits you. The mixed washing machine with dryer and the bike room complete the offer of the house. Each apartment has a parking space available on the property. Your accommodation is on the 1st floor and has a balcony to the south, where you can enjoy the sun to the fullest. You can expect a cozy furnished 2 bedroom apartment. In the fully equipped sep. In addition to a kettle and toaster, the kitchen is equipped with both a coffee machine and a Lavazza capsule machine.
