Super accueil et bon emplacement

The "Mazarin" Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We expected difficulties due to its location on a narrow mediaeval street, but getting there was easy and parking, while tight, was also acceptable. With the car safely put away, we explored what the hotel had to offer. There is no elevator - instead very many stately stairs. If you have luggage, a lot of luggage, that might be a problem. Well, it wasn't. Before we knew it, the receptionists joined forces and brought everything up. After this...

Very friendly and helpful staff

Jättetrevligt och fint hotell med direkt närhet till både havet och centrum. Fin restaurang med mycket bra mat. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

The hotel Rooms are very comfortable, well designed, spotless and well maintained! I feel like a stumbled upon a gem! Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone coming to Aigues-Mortes!

Amazing. Great staff!!!

Hôtel très agréable, équipe souriante et à l'écoute.

Great stay - wonderful restaurant!

The owner was very helpful in all my needs.

Simple, well-appointed, immaculate, and very friendly. The room I stayed in was totally upgraded with fresh tile, a very comfortable bed, and the little things (hair dryer, reading lamp, towel and coat hooks, etc.) I was traveling solo and spontaneously. It was a perfect place to have as a home-base from which to explore Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer proper, the bird sanctuary nearby, and other little inlets here and there. Very nice staff.

What we booked is what we got. Front desk was very kind. Close to beach and restaurants.

The owners were more than hospitable. Marie-Laurence treated me as if we'd been best friends. She was warm and charming. Fransico was also pleasant, went around his duties quietly but always with a smile. This couple has created an oasis out of a horse ranch. Some rooms, the pony stalls, therefore are small. Breakfast, not included, beautifully served on my front porch.
