This room is Not Luxury.
Would describe as basic Travel Room.
Bed: Poor quality of structure.
We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement.
Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem.
We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint.

"This B&B is spacious, nice accommodations and right next to harbor. Tucked away in the alleys near the harbor. Located near good restaurants. Parking a little tricky if you are not familiar with parking rules in Italy. But not hard to find. Silvana the owner helped with good directions on where to park. "
"This was a clean, quiet, newly-renovated property in a perfect location near the harbor. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Just to note - the rooms are located up a narrow stairway with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for some guests. It was overall perfect for our group and we would stay here again! "

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert und es wird peinlichst sauber gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist ein kleines Erlebnis und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter unübertroffen. Wer also nicht gerade ein Badehotel sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Festzuhalten ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen gesicherten Parkplatz anbietet, man aber für 4€/Tag relativ nah auf der Piazza Manfredi gut aber unbewacht parken kann.
