Great location , close to bars and restaurants. Amazing view too. Apartment was clean and comfortable and I would stay again.

Good Location

The waterfront location towards the end of Ortigia and the view were stunning. The residence is well kept and has good amenities. Solid a/c and wifi! There is ambient noise from below that was manageable. They do need to upgrade the matress, which was too firm and very uncomfortable.

good location, minimum facilities

Very nice location right on the water abnd everything in Ortigia a short walk. The bedroom is in a loft up a high, tight staircase. Cooking facilities are minimal, no microwave or oven, just a cooktop. The main floor furniture is a small couch and a table and chairs. It is run by a company and no contact info on the site, but once I was able to get through the agent Germana was helpful with check-in, arranging taxis, etc.

Good location and choice for Ortigia

Its a good place for a short stay. It had all the amenities needed for a family trip. There was some leaks on the hot water tank and coffee machine that was annoying. Only annoying thing was the very high "final" cleaning fee that wasn't included in the room- not sure why a 2 day stay deserves a 30 euro cleaning fee

RIGHT next to the water!!!!! The view couldn’t be better! The property had a loft with the bed and a private roof deck. Very clean and nice! Convenient to restaurants and sights on the island.

Appartement propre, moderne, décoré avec gout et bénéficie surtout d'une localisation parfaite. La vue sur mer, le petit balcon et le fait qu'il soit situé devant une rue piétonne est un vrai régal. Niveau équipement , le matelas était trop dure pour nous et il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, cependant nous avons apprécié l'eau et le Limoncelo disponible dans le réfrigérateur.
