Alfeo Bellevue is a romantic apartment located in the heart of the island of Ortigia, which directly overlooks the western seafront, a few steps from the Arethusa fountain and enjoys a unique view thanks to the balcony and private terrace, from which you can enjoy incomparable sunsets on the island of Ortigia. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a kettle and espresso machine, the room is air conditioned and covered by a WiFi network.
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the signing of a rental agreement, pursuant to art. 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice.
