We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location. Our host was lovely and provided all the information we needed. Breakfast was plentiful. The parking is street parking and they had saved a spot for us out front when we arrived. We decided not to move the car until we left only because there were times of day where spots would have been at a premium. This wasn’t a problem because everything was within walking distance including the very beautiful Ortigia and the awesome Greek Theatre.

Large unique room with comfortable bed. Handy parking. Good wifi. Pleasant man met us at door. There is no laundry facilities. It took extra long time for hot water. Bathroom sink area small.

Great flexibility around check-in hours. The room didn’t miss anything, and the terrace was beautiful, however could need some maintenance. Overall happy with the stay, lovely breakfast and staff.

The property was not close to anything. We took hop on/hop off to get around and had to go back early or look for a taxi. We received coupon for breakfast and had to go to a bar which only gave us a coffee and croissant.

This is an economical out-of-the way place on the ground floor of a small apartment building. The unit’s design was modern. You could walk 8 minutes to some sites, or alternatively 20 minutes to others. The neighborhood is a bit gritty. Dining options nearby very limited. The breakfast is not at the unit but at a nearby cafe. There was no hot water while we were there. The Apartments above us were occupied and noisy. You can save money by staying here. Your choice.

We zouden vanaf 12 uur kunnen inchecken. Om 2 uur stonden we voor de BnB met een sleutelkluisje die leeg was. Ons telefoontje werd ook niet gelijk beantwoord. Dus eerst maar ergens zitten wat eten. Na 20 minuten werden we terug gebeld dat we het sleutelkluisje moesten openen, maar daar zat dus geen sleutel in. De vriendelijke meneer antwoordde dat hij contact zou opnemen met zijn collega. Na 10 minuten werden we weer terug gebeld dat onze kamer nog schoongemaakt moest worden en dat dat ongeveer 20 minuten zou duren. Na 30 minuten kregen we bericht dat de kamer “schoon” was en we erin konden. We kwamen binnen in een kamer met fel, wit licht (een soort ziekenhuis gevoel). Er liepen mieren over het bureau, de wc deur klemde zo erg dat er een hard geluid vandaan kwam en er zaten nog remsporen in de wc. Wanneer we de veel te luide wc deur dicht deden viel de deurpost ook nog eens naar beneden tot wel 5x aan toe. Het appartement is zo gehorig dat we precies konden volgen was onze medehuurders aan het doen waren. Het enige positieve wat ik kan zeggen over deze BnB is dat het bed en de kussens heerlijk lagen, maar voor de rest zeker geen aanrader.

Op de site werd aangegeven uitgebreid ontbijt … klopt niet .. ontbijt bestaat uit 1 consumptie in de vorm van 1 cappuccino / latte machiatto en 1 croissant of brioche . onze kamer beneden aan de voorzijde had een groot raam de ruit was ernstig gebarsten waardoor je niet een raam open kon zetten dus niet kon ventileren.. na het douchen bleef de ruimte vochtig .

Läget ganska ”off”, markplan med trasig glasruta med direkt insyn från gatan. Rent och moderniserat i gammal sliten fastighet, trevlig inre design. Frukost på närbeläget café’ inte mycket att skryta med. Perfekt med gratis parkering på gatan utanför. God och snabb kommunikation on line med värden. ”Good value for money”

Miło, wygodnie, ale zimne jacuzzi i ciepła lodówka

Bardzo dobra i miła obsługa, wygodny i ładnie urządzony pokój, jednak całość niestety psuje zimna woda w jacuzzi (bez opcji podgrzania) na tarasie apartamentu. W zamian lodówka grzała, zamiast chłodzić ;-) Dziękujemy za przygotowanie pokoju na naszą podróż poślubną i wino.

숙소 앞에 주차도 할 수 있고 눈물의 마리아 성당 바로 옆이라 접근성이 좋아요. 주요 위치는 걸어서 가능해요. 숙소 주인도 너무 친절해요.

Piacevole soggiorno...

Fantastico B&B. Camera ampia e comoda compreso il bagno. Arredato con gusto minimalista e decisamente confortevole. Colazione ottima, completa con buona selezione di dolce e salato. Non ha parcheggio privato, ma ampi spazi pubblici nei pressi. Nelle vicinanze del sito archeologico e a nemmeno 10 minuti di cammino dall'isola di Ortigia (centro storico). I ragazzi della gestione si sono dimostrati molto disponibili sia al check-in, con ampie informazioni sulla città e ristoranti, sia alla colazione, tra l'altro molto curata e varia.
