The property also includes two adjacent studio apartments, accessible via internal doors or an elevator, ideal for those seeking independence without sacrificing closeness to the group. Each space is air-conditioned and carefully designed, offering amenities such as a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The property is child-friendly and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Welcome to your private space in Syracuse. You'll have the entire apartment at your disposal, comprising four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a functional kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The house is equipped with every comfort to make your stay enjoyable, including air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The historic building is serviced by an elevator, making access easy and convenient for all guests. The spaces have been designed to best accommodate families and groups, offering the perfect balance between shared areas and privacy.



The Neighborhood:

Our property enjoys a truly strategic location in the heart of Syracuse. Situated on a quiet and secluded pedestrian street, it allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle, yet still be within walking distance of major parking areas, such as the Talete car park. Its proximity to pedestrian areas allows you to immediately immerse yourself in the city's magical atmosphere, easily exploring on foot the beautiful streets of the historic center, the quaint shops, and the excellent local restaurants that make our area unique.



Getting Around:

the area is central and pedestrian, everything is easily reachable on foot



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth stay and proper reception, we remind you that check-in is from 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.



In compliance with Italian public safety regulations and guest registration requirements, you must complete online check-in via our dedicated Guest App. During the process, you will be asked to enter guest information, upload a valid ID, and provide a credit or debit card for payment of the tourist tax.
