Hotel is in a beautifully restored convent. Our room was large and airy and had air conditioning. The roof terrace was wonderful to sit in and admire the view of the sea. Staff were so welcoming and helpful.

2 nights stay and 2 rooms for family. The hotel is infront of Ortigia beach , 5mins to parking house, near the sentrum. The hotel is clean, cozy and has a church. The employees are nice and giving us a good service.

It’s an older building, which is to be expected of course. The space (bathroom & bedroom) were really nice and sizable compared to many European rooms we’ve encountered. It’s just due for a bit of an update in my opinion, but I would happily stay there again. Great location and nice value!

This property is beautiful. It used to be a convent. The room and bathrooms were spacious. It’s a short walk to piazzas, markets, restaurants. Parking is down the street for E20. There is an rooftop area that overlooks the water. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights in mid-May 2025. We loved this historic and fascinating B&B within a current convent (yes, we saw the nuns!). Comfortable 2nd floor room that opened onto a quiet, shared, shaded terrace. There’s also a ln upper terrace with seattle & sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: wifi was very unreliable. We parked our rental car at the Talete garage about 10 minutes walk, for €15 per 24 hrs. Overall, this was a great location for us in Ortigia.

Very very Nice Hotel, OK breakfast, easy to find. My room was small but the AC and wi-fi was great. Close to ”cliff beach”, easy to go and Have a evening swim. 5-10 min to everything. The whole staff is great !!!! Big shout out to the reception staff and cleaning staff. If Im Going back to Syracusa This is where I Will stay

Ortigia hotel with spa hosted by nuns

We spent 2 nights in beautiful walkable Ortigia. The hotel was lovely, but difficult to reach by car because of heavy traffic when we arrived. Parking was 15-20 Euro per day, and City occupancy tax was 5 Euro per person per night. Breakfast (13 Euro per person) had to be paid cash. Aside from these unexpected charges it was great! The pool was nice.

Nice B&B

If you are looking for a hotel with all facilities you may be disappointed. This is a nice B&B - no bar or restaurant. The rooms have sea view through a small window, but no balcony. "Sun Terrace"is in the shade from 2.30pm. Great location on the island, and lovely walks around Syracuse.

Good Location but Tired

Location was great but there is no parking. There is a parking lot in front of hotel but good luck getting a spot as locals park there. We ended up parking in public lot and walked to hotel - about 10 minutes. Thought the room was small with one tiny window covered in heavy curtains so “sea view” was disappointing. The terrace is nice but it was too hot to use in August. Overall, thought the hotel was tired in desperate need of freshening.

We loved the window in the room overlooking the sea and listening to the waves crashing. Room was ready when we checked in early. Great convenient location and friendly staff. Free bikes for guests’ use was an added bonus that we loved.

The first room we checked into had ants. The replacement room did not have the view I paid additionally for Amenities sated included valet parking and an indoor pool. That was false, parking was self-service in a lot about 10 blocks away. Also state there was an indoor pool but failed to state the pool was part of a spa package for which a reservation and fee were required. I would have expected more honesty.
