Enjoyed our stay, nice comfortable room and bed. Very nice breakfast buffet. Within a quick 5 min walk to Ortigia Island, also walkable to train and bus station. Would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is ideal! Directly between the train station and Ortigia. Easy walking to many different restaurants. We very much enjoyed our short stay here and the daily activities hosted by the Hotel. My only iffy thing was the tiles in the bathroom (the shower specifically) seemed a bit older and maybe not as cleanly as it could be, but all in all the room was quite nice.

High standard and good location

The staff was very nice and very service minded. They really did everything they could to help with al questions and situations. The room had a high standard and the Hotel is at a very good location.

Convenient to access as it’s located near to the train station and bus terminal. Room is large and clean. One thing I’m not satisfied is a coffee machine at breakfast room which taste wasn’t good.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

The rooms were shabby and poorly decorated. Aircon was weak. They started maintenance at 8am with a deafening hammer drill. Reception did nothing to help. I complained to management who offered a free stay, but we will certainly not return. I tried to follow up with management, but they are now ignoring me. Avoid!

Gulvet på badeværelset var beskidt, væggene var lappet med en forkert farve og tilstanden af værelset var ikke det forventede at et 4 stjerner hotel. Aircondition var ikke særlig kølende, der var 28-30 grader på værelset konstant trods tændt aircondition. Ud over dette var morgenmaden efter forventningerne og hotellet har en god beliggenhed
