Inside the villa, you can park your car. Is 120/150 mt from the sea, beach and reef and is a great place for a relaxing holiday where one can find the natural rhythms being an area free from exploitation and economic interests.
Ideally optimal starting point for a holiday that can be alternated with visits to the beautiful city and the surrounding villages: Noto the rock garden with its baroque, Avola with its lakes and the capital of almond and its derivatives, Palazzolo Acreide with the greek theater, Sortino with its Necropolis Erbesso Pantalica and cities of honey and other places of outstanding scenic beauty as Vendicari, Cala Flies and Cava Grande di Cassibile but especially the crystal clear sea with golden sand bordering the cliff plemmirio nature reserve where you can enjoy the waters and the fish like a documentary.

Relaxed autumn

We spent a nice time at this villa, closed to a calm beach at this time, for a good price. The owners are very friendly and well informed. The home is clean with a lot of space and exactly all is there as written. Syracuse is close, by car some minutes away and very charming. We found what we expected, thanks a lot for the confidence.

Un accueil chaleureux et un grand espace

Les propriétaires sont très agréables et toujours arrangeants. La location comprend un rez de chaussée d une grande maison avec des terrasses tout au tour et une place pour la voiture de location dans le jardin fermé. L emplacement est idéale pour visiter toute la région de taormina à ragusa. Ne pas hésiter.

casa spaziosa e ariosa ma con qualche difetto

Cominciamo dai lati positivi. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro nelle nostre esigenze personali legate a ragioni di salute. L'appartamento del primo piano è molto spazioso: c'è una grande sala con ampio angolo cottura, due camere da letto e due bagni. Su 3 lati della casa si sviluppa una grande terrazza, dove si può mangiare all'aperto. Le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere. Però ci sono un po' di difettucci e alcune cose non corrispondenti con quanto dichiarato nell'offerta. Ad esempio, viene dichiarata la presenza di quattro bagni di cui due con doccia. Peccato che due bagni si trovino nell'appartamento di sotto e quindi non siano fruibili. Non che servano due bagni in più, ma perché metterli nell'annuncio? La cena fredda di benvenuto, prevista nell'annuncio non c'è stata. Uno dei due bagni ha la porta che non chiude bene, il frigorifero va chiuso a spallate se no si riapre e il colapiatti è incrostato di ruggine. Non abbiamo trovato i letti fatti, ma la biancheria era appoggiata sul letto. Nè la biancheria da letto , nè quella da bagno sono state cambiate in due settimane. C'era a disposizione una lavatrice e quindi bisognava arrangiarsi. Per la biancheria da bagno può anche andar bene, per quella da letto direi proprio di no. Detto questo la zona è abbastanza strategica per visitare luoghi di mare e di cultura bellissimi e quindi abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette très belle villa spacieuse avec jardin. Situation idéale dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt calme à 5/10mn de la plage à pied et à 10/15mn de Siracuse en voiture. Nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil et la convivialité des propriétaires. Encore merci Fiorella et Salvatore pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse.

Ideale!!!

L'ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza vicino al mare; è anche un ottimo punto strategico per visitare l'intera costa orientale. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano, dotato di un spazioso terrazzo che circonda l'intero piano superiore dove vi è anche lo spazio per la doccia esterna. Bellissima Villetta per una vacanze rilasante

Eravamo due copie per 9 giorni hospiti di Salvatore e Fiorella. Loro due sono molto gentili e sympatici. Era un periodo molto rilasante! Il grande terrazzo é molto bello per sedere la sera fuori e mangiare o guardare le stelle... Il apartamento é grande e polito e con due camere da letto e due bagni ottimale per 4 Persone. In 10 minuti si sta in Siracusa che é una cittá molto simpatica. Grazie a Fiorella e Salvatore che potevamo godere le nostre vacanze da voi! Saluti da Monaco

Casa accogliente con bellissimo terrazzo!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa dei Signori Giuffrida dal 12 al 19 Luglio.La posizione è ottima sia per godersi il mare che per visitare questa meravigliosa parte della Sicilia. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato è al primo piano ed è dotata di tutti i comfort ! Il terrazzino che circonda la casa è bello e spazioso, ottimo per delle cene al fresco della sera. I Sig.ri Giuffrida sono degli "host"molto disponibili e gentili.Anna

Nos belles vacances...à Syracuse

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes : nous avons passés une trés belle semaine dans cette maison sympa : bien située (plage à proximité - mer magnifique- petit commerce à côté), maison spacieuse, tout confort et équipée, terrasse conviviale, jardin clos, trés bien entretenu, on se gare devant la maison, idéale ! Un remerciement pour l'acceuil et la générosité de Fiorella et Salvatore, qui sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes, tout en restant trés discrets. Nous conseillons fortement cette location surtout si vous avez des enfants.Encore un grand MERCI !!

idealer Ausgangsort

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Standort der Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Mare e cultura

Famiglia di quattro persone con due bambine piccole, eravamo alloggiati nell'appartamento al piano terra, ideale per poter lasciare le bambine in giardino a giocare e usufruire delle due altalene ! Giardino rigoglioso e molto ben curato. Interni più semplici ma funzionali. Proprietari in loco e disponibili per rispondere a ogni esigenza. Spiaggia libera di sabbia dorata raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti con mare pulito e trasparente. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio di noleggio della macchina dei proprietari per visitare i dintorni. Piccolo alimentari sulla strada verso il mare e grande supermercato a 10 minuti di macchina. Bella sistemazione per chi desidera coniugare mare e visite culturali !

Casa ideale.

Appartamento, anzi due appartamenti belli, molto funzionali e ben attrezzati con ampi spazi usufruibili. Mare stupendo con spiaggia e scogli raggiungibili sia a piedi o con bicicletta messa a disposizione. In pochi minuti di automobile è possibile raggiungere Siracusa ed altre città come Noto, Modica, Ragusa ecc. I proprietari, i signori Giuffrida, persone gentili, accoglienti e disponibili possono esaudire qualunque richiesta, con molta discrezione. Per tutti questi motivi io e mia moglie la consigliamo come ottima casa vacanze. Gabriele Zucca

Beautyful Villa at the sea....

We spent our holidays with our friends there and had wunderful days in a beautyful environment. The garden with nice flowers and plants is great, the rooms are comfortable, and when the shower will be ok, it is absolutly perfect for the guests. The owner and his wife are really very friendly und nice people and they look always to make the stay in their house as well as possible for the tourists. Anyway, we would come back of course to this nice place!

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo ad Arenella. Salvo e Fiorella sono squisiti, gentilissimi e molto ospitali, molto disponibili a consigliare itinerari e sono d'aiuto per qualsiasi cosa. La casa ha ampi spazi e un bel giardino molto ben tenuto. Si può andare al mare a pied in 10 minuti. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche una pizzeria-salumeria e un fruttivendolo. Proprietari molto ospitali e cordialissimi

Appartamento molto funzionale e ben utilizzabile, che corrisponde a quanto dichiarato nell'annuncio. Location balneare, con diverse spiagge nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con le biciclette fornite. Facilmente raggiungibili Siracusa, la riserva di Vendicari e Noto, con brevissimi viaggi in auto; vicini anche i luoghi di Montalbano (Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Punta Secca). Proprietari fantastici, presenti in loco, disponibilissimi e molto cordiali. Possibilità anche di cene comuni, a tema. Biancheria da bagno ottima e abbondante. Unico, piccolo, neo: uno dei 2 bagni di dimensioni ridotte, anche se comunque utilizzabile adeguatamente.

"Salvo e Fiorella, due pe...

"Salvo e Fiorella, due persone davvero gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolti come membri di famiglia. Una settimana trascorsa davvero bene. La casa e'' spaziosa e ricca di comfort. Consiglio sopratutto a chi ha bambini, sia per il giardino, che per l''altalena e gli spazi sicuri... Il mare abbastanza vicino e'' splendido con acqua calda e sopratutto pulita. Anche il servizio di aciugamani e lenzuola comprese nell''alloggio e'' stato davvero apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente a coloro vogliano fare una vacanza di relax e divertimento. Un saluto ai nostri amici proprietari."
