The outdoor spaces are adorned with a lush Mediterranean garden, spacious panoramic terraces reserved for guests, dining areas for outdoor meals, and a private path leading directly to the sea.The villa, built on gently sloping terrain towards the water, is divided into two separate and independent apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor, accessible via the pedestrian gate or the first vehicle entrance. This level includes a living room with two seating areas, one has a TV and direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas. An indoor kitchen is connected to a second outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and two dining areas. A service bathroom completes this floor.A staircase leads to the lower level from the living room, where three independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located.
