The villa consists of two double bedrooms complete with air conditioning and TV set with new furniture.

Main bathroom equipped with shower cabin and double bathroom also equipped with shower and washing machine.

New and modern kitchen equipped with every comfort (ventilated electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, food scale, refrigerator and 4 burner stove) cutlery and dishes provided.

Living room/living room complete with table, chairs , TV , double sofa bed and air conditioning.

Additional accessories in the villa, wi-FI, video intercom, bedding and sponges for bathroom and pool.

Immaculate villa with beautiful pool

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gioia (2 adults, 1 child). Riccardo was a fantastic host, even leaving us a delicious bottle of wine to welcome us to the villa. The villa itself was spotless with everything we needed. We particularly loved the pool. It was a short walk to lovely beaches and has a kids playground just outside. I would absolutely recommend this property.

5 star exceptional villa

Firstly communication with Riccardo was brilliant, he responded very promptly to any questions.The villa is exceptional, Riccardo takes great pride in his property and it shows. The outside space is beautifully kept and the pool just lovely spent a lot of time in there. Inside the villa is again very well care for with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The little touches made our holiday special Riccardo brought us beautiful Sicilian biscuits and breakfast croissants on our day of departure Will definitely return

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Pros: Riccardo ist ein unglaublich toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Alle zwei Tage kam er vorbei, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll wegzubringen. Das Haus ist zu 100%, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Es war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub zum Entspannen! Ein Mietwagen ist hier empfehlenswert. Cons: Einzig die Lage bekommt einen Stern Abzug, da in dem kleinen Örtchen nicht allzu viel los ist.. ein paar Tante-Emma/ Touri-Shops, eine überteuerte Bar und wenige Restaurants. Der Strand ist recht klein.
