"Very helpful staff and good location with a small shopping mall nearby. The room was in a run down state (marks on the walls, dirty ventilation by the bed) but it was on a decent discount, so still a good value for money. The restaurant is pretty average and the lobby area is fine for waiting but not great for working as there is a hosting space right above it and it gets really noisy if there is an event happening there. Fantastic breakfast!"

"Staff at the front desk is unpleasant. When I booked my mom‘s the room I immediately texted the hotel that all is paid incl. breakfast and that mom should not be asked for any additional money at the time of checking in etc. Of course nobody „remember“ and the receptionist was adamant with the request that my mom pays upfront for bar use either 500zl or 100zl. Mom called me; I then talked over the phone with the receptionist and he still was pressing upfront payout incl. that he could send the link to pay to me. I was livid at that point. I asked to speak with the manager and mentioned that it is again the same story at this hotel. Eventually my mom signed the document that she will not be using anything from the room‘s bar. What the hotel did later was below 4-5 star hotel - they came and remove the room bar. I have never and my mom too, been treated at the top rated hotels like that. We will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"It’s nice but not a new place, with comfortable bed and all needed in room except what we unfortunately were not able to connect to wifi with provided instructions. Bigger problem were with power sockets which were not able to change our phones, or other devices, quite inconvenient before plane. Also it’s a bit too loud at night as there is a quite busy street with trams police etc. "
