"We stayed in a premium room, no 203. Second floor room, with coloured glass windows. Room was spacious and clean. Nice large and comfortable bed, sofa and plenty of storage. Large bathroom with walk in dual showers! Lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. Room also had a Nespresso machine, kettle and complimentary minibar with soft drinks, water and milk. Room Had good air con too. Room and hotel in general was clean and tidy. Room was turned down every day. Nice breakfast, with a choice of cereals, meats, cheeses, juices, hot drinks and a few cooked options. Lovely, friendly staff, with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Hotel location is fantastic, right on the main square. Sitting outside the hotel, having a drink and some food when the weather allows is great. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone visiting krakow"
