Staff are very friendly. Rooms spotless. Beds extremely comfy. All have balconies. Lovely terraces. Despite it being fully booked. You don't feel it at all. Kids fun corner. Relaxing lobby.

I always stay here when visiting Szeged and have always had a good experience. However this time I wasn’t too impressed with their bedding which looked tired and in dire need of a revamp. I thought it was plain white until the morning when I saw a pale awfully faded brown stripe on it . Surely your bedding can look a whole lot better .

geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Immer wieder gerne. Auch beim unserem 3. Aufenthalt gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Nur die Parkgebühr finde ich zu hoch.

Gerne wieder ohne Essen Dank Kellner

Das einzige ist, die Rezeption wollte 11 Euro pro Kind für das Essen. Der Kellner 20 Euro. Aussage Kellner: Sie haben nicht reserviert.! Ist nicht mein Problem eigentlich, ist das Problem vom Empfang, die hätten es ja sagen können. Nun gut halt 20 Euro je Kind bezahlt und die haben nur Pommes und Kräuterbaguett gegessen. Das Hotel ist super, aber die Kommunikation zwischen Kellner und Empfang sollte besser sein.

I have always stayed at Novotel when visiting Szeged over the years. This however was my last visit as I no longer have a reason travelling there. But I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to pop over to Szeged. It’s an ideal place to stay in, remarkably convenient and the staff are great.

Comfortable, well located, would stay there again

Very comfortable stay with nice view of the river. Perfectly located to stroll round the sights of Szeged. Decent supper and breakfast.
