"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

"Arriving with bicycle and trailer. Staff helped carry and store gear and bicycle. Beyond his duties. A lot help also with language barrier of getting transportation service too. Definitely a great place to stay."
