"We had a few issues with the room but these were resolved effectively by the two receptionists who delivered the highest standards of customer service under a lot of pressure from the demands of a full hotel in the midst of peak holiday season. They deserve recognition from the management for their efforts and going over and above in helping guests."

"Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

"Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates."
