"We had an absolutely horrible experience. When we arrived there was no one to check us in to our room and we had to wait for an hour. We booked a room for four people (we are four women and were not expecting to have to share a room) and were given three beds in one room and one bed in another. We ended up just sleeping in the three beds. Room was not clean, bathrooms were disgusting with both toilets broken and 3/5 sinks out of order, we did not feel safe whatsoever. We left after one night and I sent a message to the hostel asking for a full refund to which they have not responded. I recommend you take this property off of your website. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if Expedia could be any help in getting us a refund."
