Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available. The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. The attendants who took our luggage were dressed in red suits and a pill box hat recalling luxury travel on the Orient Express. 24 hour coffee free, very expensive shampoo, lotion, conditioner body and hand wash more than enough free, comfortable memory foam mattress, staff helped above and beyond. Walked to St. Stephen's Basilica, Parliament, Chain Bridge, had an amazing haircut for $20 across the street.

This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. Totally trust the staff there and will stay again…

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
