Staff was wonderful, food great, bed really comfortable with nice bedding, location great. It needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the shower tiles are old showing age, cracking. There wasn’t a place to sit except at an 8 foot cafeteria table that was beat up, and this was an upgraded room. I get the concept, and love the idea, but it opened in 2009, just needs to be refreshed.

Yes, room was clean and renovated with private updated bathroom. Quest service was very polite and courteous. I will most definitely book there again.

Staff was lovely, rooms were clean and modern, location was excellent. I don’t believe the hype about breakfast though - you can get far better food elsewhere.

We had such a great time at Swallow house. The manager was courteous, friendly, and helpful. They stayed in contact and made sure we were comfortable. The wood-fired hot tub was dreamy. Ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen und Erholen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Gegend kann viel unternommen werden. Nur direkte Wanderwege beginnen nicht am Haus. Tia & Visa sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastegeber. Wir kommen wieder.
