They advertise for many amenities that aren’t included. They didn’t have coffee machines and when I asked the staff, they said they only have limited amounts available. They have no hairdryer either. I asked them to clean the room and they said they are very busy and they can’t promise to clean the room for us. And lastly, I lost...
