"Room spotless. Comfort beds. A bit dusappointed that becsuse we didn't go with the dinner package tgst we could not eat in the hotel except to order room service. There are a lot of other restaurants within driving distance though. I highly revommend '38 Kawaguchiko', a quaint Italian place owned by a sweet coipke with outstanding food. In pics, it looks like there is an outside hot tub but there is not. I asked a man for an extra pillow one evening ( the heavier man) and he said there were none. I said "really?", he replied "yes, really". It was clear to me that he just didn't want to bother. The next day, across the hall from our room there was a housekeeping room with extra pillows which a lovely male housekeeper had no issue with govong me. All that being said, the view of Mt Fuji from our room was outstanding."
