Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan."

"The room was very clean, housekeeping very nice and helpful. Good location. Short walk to metro/ train stations and easy to go to other parts of Tokyo. I wasn’t a fan of the scent of the hallways, but that’s just preference."

"Everything was good. We did have a bit of an issue with some flies in our room (from where no one knows!). Decor seems a little dated but room was clean and duvets were great!"

"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."

"Loved my stay at the Granbell. As a solo traveller this was exactly what I needed. It was close to public transportation and easy to get to from Narita by airport bus limousine. I loved the amenities and breakfast had so many options. Be warned the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. I had to get creative storing my luggage."

"The rooms were so clean each staff was so kind and nice and spoke English. They have every amenity you need and more for free! We have stayed at this hotel multiple times it’s right next to the subway as well as so much shopping and food"
