Even though it's rated as a 3 star hotel, they still have 5 star service and food. It's a really good place to stay and the staff are very well trained and take their job seriously. They have very good service and the food is really good.

Best place in Tac! Clean modern and affordable. It’s the best deal in the city with free gourmet breakfast! Yes it’s included! They have a cool top floor pool that overlooks the city and right next to it is a restaurant/bar. The groundfloor has also a fusion restaurant that serves different menus and a coffee/pastry shop in the lobby! Will definitely stay again the the future!

the valet opening the door and the warm greeting from all the staff made me feel right at home as soon as i stepped inside. Room Was very clean and spacious. Dinner on level 9 was also excellent. A taste of western food is nice break from rice everyday. It was a treat really. Breakfast was included in the booking and breakfast was great. My wife had the triple cheese toasty with the brew coffee and i had the french toast with bacon and scrambled eggs. This hotel is a good location for Immigration matters as its only 5 minutes away and also PSA for papers is 5 minutes away so perfect for our needs. Across the road you have a department store also very convenient. Will stay again. XYZ is my go to.

I have stayed at XYZ before and would recommend staying again. The most impressive part is how comfortable the bed is...it's heaven. The TV worked unlike other hotels. The staff are friendly and the door staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel gave me an upgraded room, which wasn't as good as previous. Although the bathroom was larger and supposedly wheelchair accessible, it would benefit from a shower seat. Also the bidet had no water pressure. The restaurant is good with some decent choice. Despite the few minor glitches, for a comfortable experience at a fair price I would choose Hotel XYZ.

Overall our experience at XYZ was great. We always find the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is always a highlight that we look forward to when staying there. The rooms are generally very good but on our most recent stay, the room we had (606), had a big concrete column that was very close to the end of the bed. This made it a bit harder to move around the room and get to fridge and desk area. Other than that everything was great as always.

Hotel room itself and crews are exceptional, breakfast was delicious.. except they never mentioned on booking about the renovation of the pool which family was looking forward to enjoy. So that's the downpart of the hotel,.. rather they told us during check in so, family was a bit disappointed, but rather than that, we had fun.

Great time, very accommodating and excellent customer service. met up with family at the hotel, we all had rooms, and could spend time together having fun. The in room massages were perfect and just what I needed!

Nice place. Excellent, very friendly staff. We stayed a week and had our wedding reception here and it was great. Three very good restaurants are a big plus. Highly recommended!

The staff at the front desk and the Japanese restaurant was fantastic. House keeing was not the best missing towels didn't replenish the water. Parking is horrible. Food was very good at the restaurant. TV was not working right. Pool was not open at times and was sirty at times. Pool hours was 7am until 6 but no staff present for anything around the pool. If wanting to swim or just relax check some other hotel. Probably will not stay there again
