House boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a 3rd bedroom with a full size bed, 2 bathrooms, updated kitchen with all your cooking essentials, bright open dining area and living room equipped with board games, movies, music and more!
Enjoy our fully fenced backyard sanctuary with dining space, BBQ, fire pit and Hot Tub! Walking distance to 6th Ave!
The space
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds (adjustable bed in primary bedroom), dressers, closets w/hangers, extra blankets, pillows, etc.
Both remodeled bathrooms are fully equipped and the updated kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a full meal. We leave all our oils, spices, cooking essentials, etc. which you are welcome to use while staying.
Upon arrival, you will walk into a bright, open living and dining space. There is a 42" Roku Smart TV, DVD player with lots of DVD's, plus an old-school VHS player with vintage Disney movies.
The kitchen, breakfast nook and access to the backyard are located off the dining space. The laundry room is located in the basement through the kitchen. There is tons of storage down there if needed. There is 1 bedroom and bathroom located on the main floor off the living room and a set of stairs to access 2 more bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd level.
There is ample off-street parking our driveway and street parking is also free all throughout the neighborhood.
The fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ and fire pit, garden and hot tub is a great space to spend your evenings on a clear day.
The garage is the only space we do not give access to.
Guest access
You have access to to the entire house minus the garage.
The backyard is a beautiful sanctuary in the summer; equipped with gas grill, hot tub and fire pit and there are several off-street parking spaces in the driveway.
Other things to note
*Please review all House Rules prior to booking.
*We do require a signed rental agreement. Upon booking, please send us your email so we can forward to you for signature.
*We provide the essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, supplies, etc.) to get you started in your stay. After the first week, you will need to provide your own supplies for the remainder of your stay.
*Please review and agree to our hot tub rules prior to booking.
HOT TUB RULES
1. Please shower with soap before entering the hot tub.
2. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly.
3. Swimsuits required.
4. Children must be always accompanied by an adult.
5. No children under 5 years permitted.
6. No jumping or diving.
7. Soaking sessions limited to 15 minutes.
8. Do not bring glass in or near hot tub (we provide plastic cups for use in the hot tub).
9. Do not use hot tub under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
10. Do not use soaps or oils in hot tub.
11. Do not enter hot tub after a heavy meal.
12. Please replace hot tub cover after use.
13. Do not sit or lie down on cover.
14. Turn off bubbles after use and turn heat to 102.
15. Do not use alone.
16. Do not exceed 3 persons at a time.
17. Do not submerge your head under water.
18. Keep long hair out of water and away from any drains or filters.
19. Hot tub usage allowed between the hours of 8am-10pm only.
20. All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk.
Please consult your doctor before using the hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or any other health conditions.
