"We had a lovely time during our stay there. This place is conveniently located, especially if you have a car to get around in Tacoma. The place is cozy and comfortable. The hosts provided for all our basic needs, and were very responsive to the few questions we had. We highly recommend this VRBO."

"Nice value. Walking distance to museums. Some missing items, contact persons very responsive and provided them. Lots of on line mumble jumble that was difficult for me. After paying and at last minute, puzzling request for picture of my drivers license. "

"Though The apartment is in an older building, the interior is updated with new appliances and furniture giving it a comfortable feel. The surrounding area is very hilly giving you a great calf workout when travelling, but there were very few places to grab food that was within walking distance. Look up not the area when booking to plan ahead."

"Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!"

"Beware! Property has long term renters with disgruntled exs that come pounding on doors multiple times a day. I called the police and management and decided it wasn’t a safe spot for me and my child who were there for an event. Management didn’t care about us at all. They have camera everywhere but don’t apparently use them. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors come and go. Was really looking forward to this trip and this experience ruined our whole weekend and Tacoma experience. Stay clear! "

"My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This particular rental was fabulous! Very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and then some! A fully equipped kitchen with coffee, shower toiletries and comfy beds. We could hear our upstairs neighbors but it didn’t bother us a bit. But, the hosts have provided earplugs for those who may be more sensitive. We visit Tacoma a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here...

"The location is great as I could walk to downtown and many great restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy as there is a designated spot and I felt secure. The location was also pretty quiet despite being so close to downtown. The hosts are very responsive though I didn’t need anything after check-in. "
