Modern house with swimming pool and spectacular views of the island. It is located in an exclusive rural and residential environment with total tranquillity. There are paths to natural swimming pools such as those of Pris, a large sports complex just a few metres away and the distance is 10 minutes to areas with multiple services. Its orientation provides the best views to the Teide and allows to enjoy many hours of light and warmth of the sun, the views of the sea can be enjoyed from any point of the house, it is almost the sky.

A whole house of 195mtrs square meters of construction on a plot of 860mtrs. With private and covered garage, garden areas, swimming pool and porch. Car rental recommended. Shops and shops at 10 min from the house. Special areas for hiking. The swimming pool is located in the fishing village of El Pris. Very close to the swimming pool there is a bus stop, line 023 which goes from Tacoronte to El Pris.

The swimming pool, the garden and the porch in combination with the spectacular views, make this house a totally pleasant and comfortable place to disconnect and share with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living-dining room and independent kitchen equipped with first quality electrical appliances and all kinds of kitchenware and accessories. The house is rented fully equipped with bed linen, towels and necessary items for use and enjoyment during the holidays. Surrounded by gardens with views of the swimming pool, sea and mountains and the surrounding area of El Pris. We have extra beds or cots for babies, for large groups. The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 people including children.

Along the coastline of the village, you will find several bars and restaurants, most of which specialise in fresh fish. El Pris has a jetty, a sports centre, a children's playground, several apartment complexes and a lifeguard, first aid and rescue post. There is also a path along the coastline that connects the Pris natural pool with the neighbouring village of Mesa del Mar, which also has a natural pool. As for the Pris natural pool, you can access the pool area from several stairs that will take you from the road to the pool, as well as an access ramp. Once in this area, to enter the water there is a ramp with handrails, ideal for the elderly and children to take a dip.

If you are looking for a genuine Tenerife spot in which to savour some local cuisine, El Pris will win you over. This small fishing village has a little bay of black sand by a natural rock swimming pool. The entire stretch of coast in this municipality has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest under the Archaeological site category. El Pris is a privileged location to take in the colours of the sunset with El Teide in the background as you feast on some fresh fish at one of the restaurants there that serve traditional Canarian food. You can reach this small beach made of black sand and pebbles by car. Be sure to take extra caution with the waves as they are generally quite strong all year round. The area has a number of bars and restaurants, and there are lifeguards working during the summer months. Very close to the pool, you will find a bus stop, specifically the bus line 023 which runs between Tacoronte and El Pris. El Pris is about 6 km from the centre of Tacoronte and can be reached on foot, by public transport or by car. An obligatory stop before arriving is at the viewpoint at the top of the cliff, where you can contemplate a wide panoramic view of the coastline, which is considered a protected landscape.
