"Check in process was easy. Area is so quiet, it’s a nice break from the hussle of the city so this is definitely more of a quiet retreat. I wish I would’ve stayed more than one night. I was a bit bummed that it was so foggy when we checked in, but thankfully to our surprise it cleared up in the morning and we got the beautiful volcano view! It’s breathtaking and feels surreal. Restaurant staff was not very attentive during the lunch/dinner time, but breakfast was a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of breakfasts included in the price. I will definitely be coming back!"

"I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! "Really nice but sadly no pool"

"Very comfortable hotel, we arrived late a night and they were waiting for us. Marlon at the front desk is a great guy and does go above and beyond on customers needs. Breakfast are good and inexpensive, hot water is a plus. I would stay here again "
