"Our stay was wonderful. The property is located in the middle of La Condesa, a very walkable and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks around. Ubers were very easy to come by. In addition, Andrea was incredibly responsive. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms, Andrea responded within minutes, and sent a repairmen out to fix it within an hour! A, I would definitely stay there again."

"This was a clean, modern, and fun place for our group of 7 to stay in one of CDMX’s best neighborhoods. We had plenty of space, friendly security officers, and a stocked kitchen with a full refrigerator. You’re within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a great park. "The space was wonderful, pictures are completely accurate. There is a doorman at the desk at all times both for help with the door and an extra feeling of security. Check in and out was easy peasy. The location is SUPER close to all the restaurants and cafes you could want. Would stay here again. "

"Location, location, location!! You are located in the perfect area to explore Condesa/Roma and it’s well priced. There are a lot of parks nearby which was perfect for our toddler. The apartment is clean and there’s consistent hot water, a full kitchen + microwave. We visited in May, and despite the whether being cooler it did get quite hot in the apartment. "Do not stay at this property - we literally had carbon monoxide detectors go off, and found that the water heater was leaking gas into the apartment. We took pictures, videos. The venting hood of the water heater, which is INSIDE the apartment, had a bunch of holes in it, wasn't sealed in any way, just foil not covering the actual vent, and gas was pouring into the unit. When the tech arrived, they said the windows have to be open all the time, he put a new vent on, but the alarms went off as...
